I am a professional and organised teacher currently teaching year 5 and 6 within a Middle School setting.
I have 10 years of experience as a fully qualified teacher. I am fully up to date with the new National Curriculum and have resources available to match. I have a BA (Hons) in Education Studies (2:1), I have gained my Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) from completing a PCGE. Additionally I have a Masters in Education. I enjoy working with children and helping them to achieve their full potential.

Tutoring Experience

I have had the opportunity to work with children from reception all the way up to year 6. I have lots of experience working with children on a one to one basis, in small groups and as whole classes. I have worked in many different set ups including First schools, Middle schools and Primary schools. I have also had experience working in a Special Educational Needs school.

Tutoring Approach

I am willing to accommodate the needs of your child. I feel that an hour, once a week is usually most beneficial.
After an assessment of the child's abilities, I can then create an individual tuition programme to match their needs.
I am willing to tutor from my own home or travel a short distance to you home.
