Emma is punctual and professional, and has brought my 9 year old in leaps and bounds. He is suddenly far more confident in his maths before he had Emma as a tutor.

I spent lots of time to find a right Tutor for my daughter. Emma came along and requested 8 lessons as a contract and we agreed Wednesday evenings. I purchased her details and my daughter had the 1st lesson with her which went well.

We mutually booked the next 7 lessons on Wednesdays, Unfortunately Emma emailed yesterday 'I am the barer of bad news as I will be unable to continue to tutor your daughter. Unfortunately, due to increased work commitments, which I was unaware of when we met last week,' On one hand I understand her situation, on the hand, I'll have to start all over again!

Another tutor has replied to my request. I request you to release this Tutor's detail free of charge for compensation for my time and effort. Many thanks

I did contact the tutee to apologise and explain that I had had an increased work load which I had be unaware of at the time and would be unable to continue to tutor her daughter due to this. When the tutee responded, requesting that I reconsidered as her daughter enjoyed my first session, I replied to see if she could make another day that would work better for me and would help to balance my work load. However she did not reply but instead posted negative feedback regarding this. I am sorry for her inconvenience but did try to arrange something different.
