ONLINE TUITION. Teach Mathematics, English and Reasoning for entrance exams at 7+/8+/11+, having helped students gain entrance to selective schools: Westminster, King's College, St Paul's, Whitgift, Sutton Grammars and others. I work on building upon foundations at the level of the individual child, after which (closer to exams), we work on exam strategies and mock tests. Sessions are 1.5 hrs each in a small group, and longer during holidays if required. Also teach Maths at KS3 and GCSE. 1:1 charged at higher rate.

Having earned a Masters in Architecture degree from New York, I have taught many students of all ages to reach their desired goals. With a wealth of knowledge and experience in the 7+/8+/11+ independent school entrance examinations, I can help your child reach beyond their potential. In addition, can provide tutoring to Primary school students who may just need some extra assistance to get ahead.

Am flexible to adjust my teaching to the child's particular needs, interests and pace of learning. In addition, I do have availability during the daytime for home-schooled children.

Please note, I ONLY teach from my home in SW19 (commuting to child's location, incurs higher fees).

I prepare all my students for grammar/independent schools' exams (provided we start in good time), hence my levels of achievement, as well as my students' end levels are well above average.

Tutoring Experience

Have tutored several children to reach their desired goals. I push my students beyond their comfort level (once they are ready) so they are prepared for tests of varying difficulties.

Tutoring Approach

Starting from where the individual student is comfortable, I build upon foundations. As my session is 1.5 hours long, we cover much more ground than in a regular 1 hour session. In addition, students get homework to consolidate topics learnt.
