Mature postgraduate student with 2 years of tutoring experience and 4 years of experience working in the Financial Services Industry.
I also have an enhanced DBS certificate allowing me to work with children professionally as I also work with schools.
I graduated from University of Nottingham with BSc Economics, and worked as a Financial Services Consultant in London for 4 years. I tutor part time as I am currently enrolled on a postgraduate programme in MSc Applied Economics at University of Bath. I attended one of the top grammar schools in Kent with A Levels in Maths, Economics and Psychology.
I have excellent experience in tutoring students for 11+, KS2, KS3 and GCSE Maths for over 3 years. I am happy to show additional private reviews from parents during our first lesson if that provides additional reassurance.
Happy to adapt my approach to suit your needs as everyone learns differently. I would prefer to work on what you feel you need help on the most rather than following the whole curriculum when you may not need this.
When it comes to Maths, practice is the most important thing. To provide better value - I like to encourage students to do worksheets in their own time so that they are mostly spending the time with me to tackle problem areas.
