Hi, my name is Fola. I am a passionate and dedicated maths tutor, committed to getting the best out of my students. I have a grade 9 in GCSE Maths and I know all about what it takes to succeed.

Tutoring Experience

I have been tutoring GCSE Maths every few weeks for the past two years, ranging from Year 7-Year 11 maths.

Tutoring Approach

I am a passionate and enthusiastic maths tutor. I use lots of examples in order to fully immerse my students into the topic, while giving them room and time to ask questions and then offer them the chance to test their knowledge with challenging questions. My main aim is to boost my students achievement and enjoyment in Maths which I will do by encouraging and pushing them as far as possible. Lessons will be tailored according to my students need, and resources will be prepared well in advance to ensure smooth running of the lesson. Homework will be consistently set between lessons in order to monitor their progress and fill in any gaps in their knowledge. I am well aware that each student learns at a different pace, and as such I strive to cater my lessons for each individual to ensure they get the most of the time spent with me.
