My son told me that Fran is by far the best tutor he has ever had. At the beginning my son was struggling to get the marks he needed in his A level practice papers however following time with Fran he achieved a grade A. In addition my son always commented on how friendly and outgoing Fran is and how he enjoyed each lesson.

Fran is an excellent tutor, not only is he excellently qualified to tutor Chemistry at A Level Standard, he is calm, considerate and is incredibly supportive and knowledgeable. Without question, I would recommend him to any students who need to build their knowledge and confidence in preparation of their A Level Exams, you will not be disappointed.

Francisco helped me understand organic and physical chemistry in an easier way and made me feel more prepared to write my exams. Thanks to him, I can apply my knowledge from lessons into doing actual papers.

Francisco has been the biggest help for me in getting round the (not so dreadful) hurdle, that is, A level Chemistry! He is always available for any questions I have, provides thorough explanations and modifies his teaching style to adapt to my learning style. I also like how interactive the lessons are with the use of a whiteboard, and how he builds my confidence when faced with a tricky question. Through my lessons with Fran, I have grown to enjoy the subject and understanding the aspects of my course - I would highly recommend!

Fran has been great for my son. My son was not able to keep a consistent level in his chemistry at A level. He was finding it difficult and was loosing interest. Fran in a short period of time helped him not only overcome the difficult topics but created an interest in the subject, which resulted in him getting an A at his A levels. Francisco (Fran ) personalises and tailors every lesson and challenges my abilities to ensure that I can reach my full potential. Fran is an amazing tutor He is extremely ecperienced, very friendly, knowledgable and flexible depending on needs . I cant recommend him enough.

Fran truly cares about his students and has a genuine regard for their well being and success. He is approachable and works with the student and (if appropriate) their parent(s). He helped my daughter tremendously during her 2nd year of A levels. He was calm, patient and takes his time to explain the foundational aspects before moving on. If a student does not understand readily he will keep trying with different approaches until successful. A very good tutor. High recommended.

Francisco helps build confidence in Chemistry by explaining the basic concepts behind a topic before the more complex elements. He uses his extensive knowledge and tution skills to break down complex formula that students may struggle to graspin class.
Francisco always provided question banks and video links to every topic I studied so that I could revise effectively.
He is an excellent tutor and teaches all Chemistry topics very thoroughly.

Francisco is an excellent and endlessly patient tutor, I always felt able to ask any question, no matter how seemingly simple. The tutoring was invaluable to me, as it taught me how to approach chemistry in terms of revision and exam technique. The resources he provided were great for consolidating knowledge. Also, Francisco was very thoughtful about how best to use the time during tutoring sessions to meet my needs. Even when I was no longer having tutoring sessions, I still used techniques I learnt from tutoring and studied topics in the same way.

At the end of AS I scrapped a B and found Chemistry impossible, now I have achieved an A* in my Chemistry A-Levels and these tutoring sessions played a big part in my achieving this, which I am very grateful for.

Fran has been a huge help to my son's A level preparation. The sessions are done remotely via an electronic whiteboard and skype, and Fran always contacts us in advance to check what subjects my son wants to cover so he can prepare the lessons in advance. There has been a marked improvemnt in my son's performance which has helped him secure University offers.
I have already recommended him to friends and absolutely recommend him as a tutor.

He was able to motivate my son to study more and to have more enthusiasm for Maths. His lessons are very clear to understand and he is very professional.

Fran tutored both my children in chemistry. One is a maths-hating reluctant learner who just had a couple of last minute lessons before the exam, the other a maths-loving enthusiastic learner who worked worked with Fran weekly for a year. Both achieved their best result. The reluctant learner achieved a 7 in his Further Additional Science; the enthusiastic learner achieved a 9 in his Chemistry GCSE and just scored 100% in his first A level test as he is so well prepared for the future. Both they and I feel extremely lucky to have benefited from Fran's excellent tuition.

Francisco is extremely helpful in both explaining difficult A Level Chemistry content and providing any extra worksheets and study aids you may need. I would definitely recommend him.

My son has been had two sessions with Mr. Lopez do far. Already there is a clear structure of teaching The Tutor is well prepared and interested in developing my son's potential. So far each session covers a topic and Mr. Lopez actively questions repeated to ensure understanding.

Fran, really knows his stuff. Despite my sons A level exam board being different he was straight on to it. He really helped him understand gaps in his knowledge and I think ultimately will really help him with exam technique . We have both been very impressed with him and feel confident my sons final A level grade will improve as a result

My son has been studying with Francisco for 6 months now, and has found him to be excellent. He really feels he has a much better understanding of the subject now, which I hope will be reflected in his GCSE results later this year.

To add, my son received an A/B in double award science at GCSE, with his highest mark in Chemistry, which I am sure is in large part due to the work he did with Francisco. As a result he is now doing Chemistry at A level.

Mr Lopez has been very professional and makes pupils to feel comfortable about the subject.

Francisco has been really great. He is patient and has taught my son techniques to solve Chemistry problems and questions. He has been really flexible with working around days we could not make and is really good at explaining things that my son did not understand. Fran has done a great job to turn around my son's very low AS grade to an A. Fran is very reliable, helpful, and a pleasure to work with.

I found Fran a really excellent A Level Chemistry tutor. He is very good at explaining topics and clarifying any doubts and misconceptions. He focuses in and teaches to the actual examination questions. In addition to lessons he emailed me lots of good and helpful worksheets and answers on multiple topics which I worked through in my own time. It is a pity I had not met Fran earlier in my Chemistry course and I would certainly highly recommend him to you.

my son has had lessons with Francisco and he came back with lots more confidence and was more comfortable with the Chemistry units he was worried about. Fran is very good communicator and very flexible with accommodating the lessons to exactly what is required. He is able to cover any questions raised in great depth.
