I specialise in Fine Art and Photography.
My background and principal interest are in inspiring and facilitating the development of others through the arts and creative practice.
I currently work with various charities teaching Art, Ceramics and Photography to both young people and adults. I large portion of that work is teaching those with learning difficulties, disabilities and mental health challenges. Occasionally I lead digital literacy workshops for over 55s.
Since 2014, I have worked with various schools, institutions and agencies offering art classes to children aged 5-19 years. I have taught a Fine Art Photography course at a homeless hostel, run and assisted arts and craft lessons in both a hospice and care homes and worked as a curator facilitating art projects and developing exhibitions for a creative space in Shoreditch.
I have worked as a private tutor for 8 years and have successfully helped students improve their grades at school.
My approach is one of patience and that of a mentor, in which I offer direction to ideas already formed by the Tutee. I am here to guide your ideas and to lay a foundation of practices or to teach practical skills that the tutee can use to help them carry out their goals.
