Garry's Feedback

Garry was a very relaxed and friendly tutor, who made my son feel at ease. He had a couple of tutoring sessions and felt these were beneficial and useful for his Higher English exam.

My 15 yr old son (studying Nat5) has only had 4 lessons with Garry, but in that short space of time, he has gained confidence, is really starting to get his head around the topics he was struggling with, and is also starting to realise his capabilities. Garry has a fantastic way about him and gets on really well with my son, making the lessons really pleasurable. We couldn’t recommend Garry highly enough to anyone that is needing additional English support.

My son has had 2 sessions so far with Gary and I have booked him for further tuition. I am very happy with Garry he is down to earth and gets on with my son and communicates at a level he understands.

Garry spent around 6 hours with my daughter prior to her history higher exam as she needed advice on her essay structure.I was not present whilst he was teaching as I thought it best they were together without me being there.To my knowledge Garry was pleasant and easy to get along with.He did provide her with information and went through her previous essays with her.

Garry has done a great job coaching my son Max in both English and History. He is cheerful, polite, well prepared and always brings a positive attitude to coaching sessions. Max has improved his technique for answering close reading in English and his essay technique in History.

We are very pleased with Garry's tutoring. He is friendly, supportive, patient and reliable, and has a good sense of humour. He is helping to build my son's confidence in preparation for his exams. My son is enjoying his teaching sessions and says Gary has really helped him. Thank you Gary.
