I am a qualified and highly experienced Politics and Sociology eacher and First Class Honours graduate with a PGCE from the prestigious Institute of Education. Before becoming a teacher I worked in a variety of fields in the public and private sectors.

Tutoring Experience

I have worked in both the state and private education sectors and am currently based at a respected independent institution in Cambridge. I have successfully tutored numerous students and received excellent feedback.

I am experienced in teaching Edexcel Politics with particular knowledge of UK, US and Political Ideas. I also have experience as an examiner for Edexcel.

I also teach Sociology, being experienced in teaching the AQA specification (Families and Beliefs).

Tutoring Approach

I offer supportive and knowledgeable online tutoring for £45 per hour. I have a calm, approachable manner and am able to tailor my services to the specific needs of the student.

I'm available to tutor you over the summer holidays if you didn't do as well as hoped in your Y12 exams and would like to improve your knowledge and exam technique, or if you are going to be studying Politics or Sociology next year and would like to get ahead of the game.
