Tutoring Experience

I have taught science across a broad spectrum of key stages including undergraduate and postgraduate. I care about my student and constantly evolve my teaching methods to accommodate my client's need. My students are taught to achieve their highest possible grades and more importantly enjoy the subjects.

Tutoring Approach

I am passionate and enthusiastic about the subjects i teach, and focused on positive outcomes for the student. Apart from making the topics or subjects more exciting/enjoyable for the student, I adopt a flexible teaching approach and emphasise the use of reinforced learning through worked examples, to develop the confidence of the student in the subject. My students quickly become very confident and achieve progressively improved grades. I track and review students progress and my students have gone on to achieve A* grades and study those subject at higher level due to the interest.
I care about my students, I listen to their areas of concern and work with them to grasp fundamental concepts by relating abstract topics to real world examples(especially for science topics).I also explore methods suited to my students strengths to solidify their knowledge. We do regularly review topics to ensure that whilst we learn new content, they can build on previous knowledge and identify where those can be used in advanced or complex topics. I am able to teach online or at students' home according to their preference based on my stated available times. I teach across different Key stages KS1 ,KS2 through to A level with different exams boards. With respect to teach experience, i have taught undergraduate and graduate student, supported them with tutorials and laboratory demonstration on STEM subjects.
