I am a mathematics teacher with a master degree in Mathematics and a Post Graduate Certificate in Education. I am 42 years old and focus completely on private tutoring, at the moment online only. I am patient and always have high expectations of my pupils. I am also open to feedback and willing to adapt myself to the requirements.

Tutoring Experience

9 months teaching in a Tuition centre , 8 years teaching as private teacher in London maths for all levels including university , 1 year teaching as a PGCE student, another 3 years working as a secondary teacher and form tutor in London. Last year one of my students achieved an A* in GCSE and another an A in A-level Maths.
I have worked full time in London comprehensive schools like Bower park, Sydney Russell, Valentines, Angloeuropean high school and also in private schools such as Cranbrook College.
I have also worked as a game mathematician creating Math models and programming them in different companies. Also have programmed different videogames.

Tutoring Approach

I constantly assess the student in many different ways, like testing, questioning, homework and asking to elaborate explanations. I try to motivate my students with a constant interaction in my teaching. I regularly give homework that i always mark. I am happy using different resources such as ICT and different websites that facilitate the learning process.
