I am a self-motivated and dedicated professional with a strong passion for helping others, a commitment that has been a consistent theme throughout my career. By day, I work in HR for a corporate company, and in my spare time, I devote myself to supporting others. I am especially passionate about helping children and young people reach their full potential.
My teaching experience has been diverse over the years. I have worked in a special educational needs primary school, assisting both verbal and nonverbal children. Additionally, I have supported young people and adults with enduring mental health challenges, helping them build foundational skills in math and English. I have also volunteered at my church's Sunday school, where I helped children with their reading and writing.
My teaching approach is centered around patience, adaptability, and a deep understanding of each student's unique needs. I believe in creating a supportive and encouraging learning environment where students feel comfortable to explore, ask questions, and make mistakes. I tailor my lessons to match individual learning styles, ensuring that each concept is clear and accessible. By fostering a positive and engaging atmosphere, I aim to build my students' confidence and empower them to reach their full potential.
