I am a young teacher living in Ayrshire and working in a secondary school teaching Biology with science.

Tutoring Experience

I have been a qualified teacher for 6 years, I have taught National 4 and 5 for 4 years, and higher biology and higher human biology for 2. I have observed and team taught advanced higher.

Tutoring Approach

I love my job and I work extremely hard to build relationships with all young people. I'm approachable and dedicated to my young people. I am a Pivotal behaviour management trainer and I have the responsibility to train staff in techniques to build relationships and ensure all young people are treated equally. I am a firm believer that positive relationships are the key to raising attainment. I am a member of the differentiation group at my current school so I am familiar with additional support needs and do my utmost to provide any support needed.
