Hello my name is Hannah and I currently live and work in London. I have been a qualified teacher for almost a decade, completing a PGCE after studying English at a Russell Group university. I enjoy the rigours of academia and am passionate about helping children build their confidence and enjoy their learning.
With almost ten years of teaching experience in both state and private settings, I demonstrate exceptional enthusiasm and passion for teaching young people. I have worked as a classroom teacher in Years 4 to 6; I spent two years as a Phase Leader leading the teaching and learning in Years 5 and 6, and I am currently an Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Lead in my current school.
I take a calm, nurturing approach to teaching, and take care to build confidence in my learners so that they feel comfortable and willing to challenge themselves. I have experience teaching a diverse range of abilities, including those with additional needs.
