I’m a First-Class Oxford Engineering graduate with a passion for helping students reach their academic potential. I specialise in Oxbridge admissions and STEM tutoring, with a calm, supportive approach that focuses on building confidence, clarity, and strong exam technique. I understand how vital education is, and I bring total focus and energy to every lesson to ensure my students receive the very best I can offer.

Outside of tutoring, I play semi-professional football and previously competed at NCAA Division 1 level in the U.S., and I enjoy bringing a high-performance mindset into my teaching through focus, consistency, structure and creativity.

Tutoring Experience

I have extensive experience tutoring students from 11+ through to university level, with a particular focus on Oxbridge admissions and STEM subjects. I’ve supported numerous successful applicants to Oxford and Cambridge, providing tailored PAT and interview preparation, personal statement guidance, and mock interviews. At A-Level and GCSE, I tutor Mathematics, Further Maths, and Physics, helping students of all levels build confidence, master exam technique, and deepen their understanding through structured, engaging lessons. At the 11+ level, I have completed hundreds of hours of work for Examberry 11+ Tuition, including writing papers from scratch and filming over 1000 educational videos for students.

Tutoring Approach

My teaching style is calm, clear, and highly structured. I start by pinpointing any weak areas, usually through a mix of diagnostic questions, discussion, and looking at past papers, then build a plan around them. Lessons typically combine clear, step-by-step explanations with guided practice, worked examples, and regular quizzes to help things stick. I also place a strong emphasis on exam technique, using timed questions, spaced repetition, and feedback in the style of real examiners to build confidence and performance under pressure. I am always open to feedback or any special requests to improve a particular student's learning.
