I am a sporting enthusiast who has worked in and around sport for the last 10 years. I enjoy most sports but my main interests are rugby, squash, long distance events, skiing, weight lifting and football. I am currently training for an iron man!
During my time as a PE coach/ teacher (2012-2019) I have worked at every age level, from primary school right up to college level. I have a college certification, university degree and primary school teaching qualification in physical education. I am well versed in the physical education delivery in all age groups. During my time as a teacher I progressed into teacher training where I upskilled physical education teachers in schools. I had a career change in 2019 where I decided to pursue a different path. I currently work in outdoor broadcasting where I organise network connectivity for national and international sporting events, including the premier league and champions league football amongst many others.
My approach includes:
- In-depth coverage of key topics: anatomy, physiology, sports psychology, and more.
- Engaging, interactive learning methods to keep you motivated.
- Regular practical sessions to master sports techniques and fitness assessments.
- Continuous feedback and performance reviews to track your progress.
- Focused exam preparation with past papers and time management strategies.
