Hi, I have been teaching Business Studies for 3 years. I have a first degree in Business Studies and have taught both old and new curricula. I have been teaching in a small independent school with only up to 4 students. This year my 3 students got A, A, B at GCSE and one who I was tutoring privately got a B. I make Business Studies interesting and fun, and my favourite lesson is the chocolate lesson!! My students are all motivated and enthusiastic, as I teach with humour and relevance to what is happening all around us. This year the best thing that happened was KFC running out of chicken - a feast for Business Studies students!!
3 years teaching Business Studies at GCSE, 1 year tutoring and just entering the 2nd year of tutoring.
I work 1-2-1 or small groups (up to 4) with students. I expect them to do most of the talking, watch The Apprentice and learn how NOT to do it and to keep on top of the news.
