Heather was an absolute godsend for my education. I came to her as a mature student who needed to get 2 more A Levels in order to go to university, and she taught me the entire Chemistry and Biology A Level courses over the space of 1 year enabling me to get an A* in both subjects. Heather was so supportive and made learning so interactive and engaging, I always looked forward to our sessions! From the beginning, Heather’s passion for the sciences was clear and it’s a passion she has now passed on to me.

Heather was excellent. Very competent, great interpersonal skill and imparted knowledge, understanding and confidence.

Heather is an excellent tutor and guided our daughter through her GCSE double Science. Heather is a knowledgable, engaging tutor who supported our daughter to understand and feel confident about Science. She was able to break the learning down into bite size pieces and then connect it all together. Absolutely recommend Heather.

Heather is a brilliant Tutor. She is not only excellent in terms of her teaching skills but she is caring, kind and encouraging. Our son went from a B in Chemistry to a high A and is happily off to read Medicine this September - couldn't ask for more.

Excellent tutor, very professional, made my daughter feel comfortable and more confident after only the first 2 – 3 lessons. My daughter thinks Heather is great. We found Heather to be an amazing tutor, with great communication and the ability to teach my daughter in a way where the information sunk in. Heather is an outstanding tutor and truly lovely person. She took on our son Joe, who got a U in his Chemistry A'level last summer. Determined to fulfil his wish to study marine biology at Newcastle we hired Heather to tackle the task, which everyone else said was a waste of time. I don't want to tempt fate, but it seems that Joe is in line to get A-A* thanks to Heather's patience and understanding of our son. She brought out the best him and having been crushed by his 2017 result, he now has a respect and deep understanding of the subject. Our gratitude to Heather is immense. I would highly recommend her. Heather is an incredible tutor. She tutored my children in A level Biology and Chemistry and my son said he learned more with Heather in one hour than he had at school all term! She relates extremely well to her pupils and they really enjoyed going to her sessions. Her premium price is absolutely worth it - I unreservedly recommend her.

Heather supported our son to retake his biology A Level. My son flourished working with Heather and her teaching style and personality really gelled with Ben. We have yet to receive his result but I am certain he will achieve his desired grade based on Heather’s coaching and support. Heather is recommended without hesitation.

At A level my eldest achieved an A and A* and my younger has gone from predicted B B at A levels in Chemistry & Biology to predicted A* A.

I can honestly say that this improvement was entirely due to the skill, patience and determination of Heather. I believe they have the choices available to them because of the help she gave them and their determination to succeed.
Heather forged a wonderful relationship with both the girls and I know that they loved having her as a tutor and will keep in touch with her.

Only had 2 lessons so far, but hopefully all improving

Heather is a fantastic tutor. She has a lovely calm manner and my daughter really enjoys her lessons with her. We've had a few sessions now and Heather has worked on ensuring the fundamentals are solid before moving on. I'm so pleased we found Heather as my daughter is feeling more confident now. I recommended her wholeheartedly for Chemistry and Biology.

I cannot praise Heather highly enough. She was a brilliant tutor in Chemistry for my daughter & helped her to get a grade A in this years A level. She went up by a whole grade from her AS level the previous year when she got a B & after Heather's excellent tutoring she achieved the grade A that she needed to be able to study Veterinary Medicine at uni.
Heather was extremely knowledgeable in the subject & spent time printing off extra work for my daughter to do at home. Heather was very friendly, approachable & patient & went through many past papers and exam questions with my daughter.

Heather has different techniques of teaching so whatever your style is she can help. If you don't understand a topic she can explain it in terms that are easy to understand while making sure you get the right amount of detail to get full marks.

Heather is very nice, knows what she's talking about and has definitely helped me improve my understanding in A level Chemistry.

My son has had 6 sessions with Heather but we saw an immediate impact after the first session where he now gets a couple of areas he was stuck on in Maths. He is actually much happier going to school now and his confidence is growing by the day
