Education is my passion. With 14 years of teaching and tutoring experience, I am a dedicated educator who always has the needs of the child at heart.

I'm a motivated and enthusiastic person, always seeking to improve or tackle new challenges. I pride myself on being an effective communicator and a problem-solver. I love to meet new people and form connections.

My hobbies include strength training and pilates, which have improved my health but also truly developed my confidence and sense of wonder at what you can achieve with the right support and if you set your mind to it.

I am an optimistic person who believes that anything is possible and the world is full of adventure.

Tutoring Experience

I am a professional, caring primary school teacher with experience of successfully nurturing and educating children aged 4 to 11. I have 14 wonderful years of experience and I have unshakeable belief in the potential of all children.

I am highly confident in teaching children with additional needs; I have an extensive range of training and experience in Autistic Spectrum Disorders, ADHD, Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH). I have successfully taught in a Special School for secondary-aged children with a range of complex needs and learning disabilities.

I am fully DBS checked. ✔️

My key speciality is working with children accessing the Early Years Foundation Stage (Year R), Key Stage 1 and early Key Stage 2 (Year 3 and 4) I have a track record of delivering excellent academic results and have been praised for my skills in developing confidence and enthusiasm for learning in children.

I am a caring, nurturing educator who believes in the potential of all children. I am an active and sympathetic listener and will work carefully with your child and you to create a personalised curriculum that is fully child-centred.

I have recently completed Level 2 Understanding Children and Young People's Mental Health which has given me an insight into challenges faced by young people and ways to sensitively support them.
