A great find on FirstTutors. My daughter has had many lessons with her. She is really organised and prepares for every lesson. She researched the syllabus my daughter was following to make sure everything she taught was the correct content. My daughter is really pleased with the way she is taught as she finds Helma can adapt and explain things in several ways. We will continue with Helma until my daughter finishes her A level. Her German is perfect.

Helma is an amazing tutor, each lesson is really enjoyable and she has really helped me improve my german. So far we’ve covered both grammatical and conversational skills and i thoroughly enjoy every single lesson! Helma has helped me progress very well with my German. She is patient and very good at balancing grammar lessons with more interesting topics and tailors my tuition towards the areas which I need to work on and also to the areas I'm most likely to use in business and social occasions. She has provided me with a lot of extra reading material in areas where I have interests. She has also helped tailor my homework around my working hours so that I can do as much as I can with the spare time I have. I would highly recommend Helma as a very effective German tutor.
