Hi! I'm a Physics graduate (BSc Hons, First Class) from the University of Edinburgh, currently studying for my Master's in Physics for Sustainable Energy at the University of Amsterdam. I love helping people understand tricky concepts and am patient, enthusiastic and friendly. Particularly at the moment, with so much disruption for young people, it is so important to ensure that students can feel up to date with their work and not lose confidence in their mathematical or scientific abilities.
I have experience tutoring younger students whilst at school (GCSE and AS Level) in a range of subjects (Maths, Physics, English Literature, English Language, Chemistry). As well as this, I tutored first year students in Maths and Physics whilst studying for my undergraduate degree. I have extensive experience babysitting and have worked with younger students in a range of roles (academic and non-academic).
Friendly, passionate and thorough. I like to make sure I can adapt my teaching to suit the students and not the other way round. There are so many different ways to think about Maths and Physics that will allow different students to grow in confidence and ability.
