Howard has been tutoring my son A-level economics and he has gone from a grade C to a grade A in a short space of time. His tutoring style really works for him. He focuses on exam practice and technique along with thorough explanations of the topics in hand. He really takes time to make sure that the more difficult topics are fully understood to a very high level so that the information can be applied to exam questions with success. Howard has also really helped with my sons organisational skills which he has found useful for his other subjects. I would definitely recommend Howard for anyone who wants to feel more confident and improve their grades in this subject.

Howard has been tutoring my 15 years old daughter for her IGCSE. My daughter did not enjoy Geography until she had lessons with Howard, His passion for teaching has made her gain the confidence she needed to enjoy the subject. Great tutor for my daughter

My son had a couple of focussed sessions with Howard.

I found Howard's communication style clear, comprehensive and timely.

I like that he related with my son as a young adult and allowed himself to be guided by my son's agenda, rather than imposing on him what he (tutor) thought my son may have needed.

He freely offered in-between sessions and post-session support for which I am grateful.

More importantly, my son found it easy to work with him, felt understood by him and expects to see the impact of their work together when the AL results are out in August.
