My name is Hridey and I am a second-year student at the University of Manchester, studying Economics and History. I have studied these subjects at GCSE and A-Level, giving me a thorough understanding of the specific strategies needed to succeed at both levels. Furthermore, my continued study of Economics and History in higher education ensures my knowledge and understanding of both subjects is up to date and firm.

I have previous experience as a private tutor in Economics, as well as over two years of tuition at companies such as Explore Learning and Boost Education.

Tutoring Approach

My teaching approach focuses on effective and tested methods of content revision such as active recall, as the subjects I tutor require a thorough understanding of key concepts and content knowledge. Additionally, I use exam-style questions extensively to ensure my student is able to successfully apply the knowledge they have learnt.
