I am a translator with an MA degree in German and Spanish and I have lived in Germany and Spain, so I am very familiar not only with these two languages, but also the cultures associated with them. Having learned languages at every stage of academia, from primary school to university, I understand the challenges faced by students.

Tutoring Experience

While living in Germany, I taught English to adult learners of all levels for over two years. As such, I am able to tailor my teaching methods to students at every stage of their language-learning journey.

Tutoring Approach

I use a student-led approach, first establishing which areas the student needs the most help with, then tailoring materials and exercises to ensure targeted practice. When working with higher-level students, I focus more on free-flowing conversation while looking out for areas that require improvement.
