I am an enthusiastic and friendly teacher with over 25 years' teaching experience. I have taught all ages from KS1 to adult learners and enjoyed teaching in mainstream, independent and SEND schools. I have also worked as a SENCO, examinations officer and examiner and have a good understanding of the entry systems for independent schools and universities. In addition to academic subjects, I specialise in study skills, exam techniques, personal statements and job applications. I am very flexible in my approach to teaching and am adept at adapting lessons to ensure my students are happy and confident learners regardless of their age or ability. I am happy to provide a range of face to face, group and online lessons as required. My leisure interests including playing the saxophone, travelling and I am currently learning Spanish.
