Sister Iram is lovely, she’s friendly and helpful. She explains concepts again if misunderstood or not confident. So far I am enjoying the lessons (had two now) as she gives encouragement and also targets to improve work on.

Iram is very friendly and keep the lesson very interesting. She keeps my son engage throughout the lesson. Highly recommend her. And hoping that my son will learn Urdu and speak more fluently in Urdu.

Iram is an excellent tutor and her lessons are always engaging and make me feel at ease! As an adult learner, she has been brilliant in using urdu in the lessons as much as possible, whilst also switiching into english when needed. Her lessons are well planned-out, very fluid and I would highly recommend her as a tutor!

Iram is teaching my 12 year old daughter urdu. She has been very patient alongside being an excellent teacher: the lessons are very well planned and my daughter’s urdu is improving very quickly! Highly recommend!

Iram is a great tutor. She is great at taking into account your goals and assessing your current ability to come up with a teaching plan to help you reach your goals. She is also very patient and happy to explain things multiple times till you are no longer making the mistakes. She is great at simplifying the foundations of the language (grammar, pronunciation & word selection) to a level that you can easily understand it and utilise for the future from the get go. She also gives good advice, gives you resources (e.g. a word bank) and points you to resources to help maintain and improve your level between lessons.

Iram can help with speaking, reading and writing urdu which are all things that I hope to learn and improve on for the future.

In summary, Iram is a great tutor to have as she can offer speaking, reading and writing lessons which she delivers at your level to help reach your goals. She organises the lessons well and delivers information in an easily accessible manner and has the patience to ensure you keep on learning with good rapport. On top of this, she provides good advice on how to maintain and improve between lessons.

Highly recommend Iram for learning Urdu! The lessons are very well structure and easy to understand, and Iram is patient and friendly which makes the lessons very enjoyable!

I really enjoyed learning with Iram. The lessons were extremely helpful and I found myself recognising Urdu words faster than I imagined. Lessons were structured in an organised manner and Iram is very friendly and patient which is very reassuring and helps with confidence. Overall a great service however it would be useful for students to have a task to take away from each session to consolidate their knowledge e.g. work sheets or activities. Iram is a very patient yet fast-paced teacher which is perfect for someone looking to learn fairly quickly and intensely. Iram will answer any questions or concerns and explain the meaning or reasoning behind the word/saying which is very helpful. I would recommend using her.

Iram is an excellent Urdu tutor teaching both of my children at different levels. They both enjoy their tuiton sessions and really look forward to learning their Urdu. Both children have improved in confidence to speak the language and boast about their newly picked up writing skills. Iram is teaching both of my children and her teaching method is fantastic. Their learning quick and I feel their also enjoying it. She has been flexible with me once or twice with the lesson days and I really appreciated that. Can definitely recommend Iram.

My lessons so far with Iram have been amazing! I’m a British Pakistani so I do know Urdu but I still need to improve - and she has definitely helped with this! She explains the grammar very well and corrects my punctuation until I get it right. She’s friendly and patient and these qualities have made the lessons enjoyable

Iram is very professional in her approach, she uses a variety of multiple teaching techniques to get the best out of her students. I was pleasantly surprised how much my children enjoyed their session with her and showed excitement in what they had learnt in their class. Me and 2 other friends had our first lesson with Iram Aapi today. She was very professional and was very understanding of our competencies. She has a very clear methodology and is confident about how it works. We look forward to getting closer to our culture and roots by improving our Urdu skills!

I had my 1st lesson today with Iram. She's a very good teacher and is very supportive. I will be doing my weekly Urdu lessons with her, from now on. I strongly recommend Iram as a teacher.

Iram has a simple teaching method which has helped my children to adapt to. Within a few weeks my children have learnt the vocabulary very quickly and enjoy the lessons with Iram. I am very pleased with her teaching style as she is able to tailor her teaching to meet the needs of my children. Very prompt with her timings and delivers a good lesson.
