I am currently studying a Pharmacy course (MPharm) at the University of Nottingham. At GCSE I got 3 8's and 7 9's. I did Biology, Chemistry and Economics for A-level and got A*A*B. I am very academically focused but at the same time I understand how it can be difficult to grasp certain concepts so I would use my knowledge of learning things in different ways to help my tutees. My hobbies are drawing, painting, reading and playing tennis. Apologies if you have contacted me recently and I have not replied, this is due to me being very ill recently. I tutored children in Sixth Form for a year as well as being an academic mentor.

Tutoring Approach

My teaching approach would be to find out how the student/tutee learns the best and then adapt their content to their learning style to optimise learning. There is not only one way to learn things and finding what works for you can make learning more fun and rewarding. The first couple of lessons would be to grasp the tutee's personality and academic level and confidence in order to create a study plan going forward.
