Jack

Hi there! :)

My name is Jack, I am a Biochemistry graduate from the University of Manchester with 3 years work experience as a healthcare scientist in a clinical laboratory at University College London Hospital. I am currently a second year Graduate Entry Medicine student at the University of Southampton.

I am passionate about the biosciences and education. My aim is to deliver high quality tutoring to my pupils, using my own education and experience in the scientific field to benefit my students.

Outside of work and studying I am a keen runner and enjoy gardening.

Tutoring Experience

BSc Biochemistry with industrial work experience at the University of Manchester.

Three years work experience as a Healthcare scientist in the Neurometabolic unit, University College London Hospitals, where used my scientific knowledge to help patients and to take part in research, some of which I published as lead author.

I am Currently studying Graduate Entry Medicine at the University of Southampton.

Tutoring Approach

I teach in an interactive manner, helping students develop there problem solving and critical thinking skills to find the answers themselves. This enables my students to succeed both in there exams and in other area's of there life.
