My name is James and I currently work as Leader of Humanities within one of the top academy chains in the country. I have been an examiner for AQA GCSE Geography for the past 3 years and before moving to London worked at another leading academy chain in Leeds.

Tutoring Experience

I have been a teacher for the past 4 years across two academies and an examiner for the past 3 years in which my marking has been consistently rated as outstanding. This means that I know exactly what students need in order to achieve the highest grades in Geography both in terms of knowledge and within exam questions.

Tutoring Approach

My approach can be tailored to the individual needs of the student. We can work on subject content, geographical skills or exam questions dependent on what I or the student feels is best for them. Due to my background in exam marking and teaching I have a wealth of experience which I can use within our sessions to make sure that the student is getting what they need most.
