I am a passionate and experienced PE teacher with a strong academic background, holding a BA (Hons) in Physical Education and a PGCE from Liverpool John Moores University. As Master in Charge of Cross Country at St. Anselm’s College, I have cultivated a commitment to promoting physical fitness and academic excellence, ensuring every student is supported in reaching their full potential.
With current teaching experience in secondary education, I specialise in delivering engaging lessons across athletics, dodgeball, rugby union, and sports science. My role has also expanded to include mentoring student teachers, developing tailored lesson plans, and providing practical and theoretical guidance in Physical Education. My ability to connect with students and foster a love for sport has driven many to excel both in and out of the classroom.
I believe in creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment where students feel confident to take on new challenges. My approach combines practical expertise with a strong emphasis on personal development, guiding students and aspiring teachers through coursework, exam preparation, and career exploration. Whether working 1-to-1 online or in group settings, I focus on providing personalised strategies to inspire success in PE and beyond
