Janet's Feedback

Janet has been tutoring my 9 year old in maths over zoom which is working well. He gets on well with her and gets a lot from the sessions, she is encouraging and gives positive feedback which he responds well to. He enjoys the sessions and doesn’t moan about attending which is fantastic.

Janet is helping to build our daughters confidence in Maths. Our daughter has not only improved in her abilities but is also (secretly) enjoying Maths! In English, Janet is reinforcing and improving upon the work done in school. Janet has a friendly approach and feedback is given at the end of every lesson. We are very pleased to have found her.

Janet is an excellent tutor and very experienced. Her lessons and materials have already made a noticeable difference after just 2 lessons. Very pleased.

Just had one tutorial to assess my daughter's level. Everything went well and my daughter was happy and relaxed with Janet. Looking forward to the next meeting.

Janet makes speech therapy lessons fun, she has a good rapport with my son and he enjoys going (and practicing in between). We are seeing real progress and increased confidence which is a bonus. We are very pleased we found her.

I am writing to give feedback about the tuition Janet Schofiled has given my son Toby in preparation for his 11 + entrance exam.
From the initial meeting I could see that Toby and Janet would get along well - a very important part of helping Toby respect Janet and want to do his best.
Janet related well to Toby and each week asked about his activities and interests and listened.
Janet did well to help Toby improve confidence in his own ability which is one of the primary reasons for us contacting her.
The work Janet set Toby was progressive, achievable and suitably challenging.
She did not over phase him but at the same time ensured he was pushed to his potential.
Each week Janet had an incentive to reward Toby for good work and he loved getting his double award points and the ultimate reward of stroking the rabbit.

Overall Toby really enjoyed going to see Janet twice a week and on top of his school homework , keenly worked hard for Janet.

I would definitely seek Janet's help again if we need it!
