I am a friendly, patient Primary School Teacher from Wolverhampton. I currently teach full time in an outstanding Wolverhampton Primary School.

My aim is to improve your child's confidence, self-esteem and competency in English, Phonics and Maths.

Tutoring Experience

I have been teaching for 17 years. I completed my Primary PGCE at Wolverhampton University and have since taught both Early Years Foundation stage KS1 and ks2. I currently teach Reception and are very keen on supporting children transitioning from
Reception to year one.

I am very aware of current educational initiatives and areas of importance and are competent in all subject areas of the National Curriculum, my particular strengths being in EYFS/KS1 Phonics, English and Maths.

I have gained considerable valuable experience working with children who have Special Educational Needs, Gifted and Talented and English as an Additional Language .

Tutoring Approach

My aim is to help each individual access learning and achieve their full potential in a positive, friendly environment, where questions can be asked and answered!

I can travel and tutor at your home. All materials will be provided by myself. I can also be available during day times in school holidays.
