Hi, I am Jeremy. I am a fourth-year medical student at Christ's College, University of Cambridge with over five years of tutoring experience, helping students achieve dream grades and secure places at top universities. So far at university, I have completed an undergraduate degree of Pharmacology, been the President of our College Medical Society, and ran the Cambridge half marathon!
Prior to university, I achieved a full sweep of 12 grade 9s at GCSEs and 4 A*s at A-level in Biology, Chemistry, Maths and Further Maths. I tutor a wide range of subjects with a focus on Biology, Chemistry and Maths, and offer guidance for Oxbridge and medical applications, including personal statement support, UCAT preparation, and mock interviews.
Outside of tutoring, I enjoy playing badminton, going running, and playing computer games (even getting the chance to represent Cambridge University!).
I have over five years experience providing assistance with all levels and abilities, with a focus on GCSEs, A-levels, and university applications. I have tutored students both in-person and online from a wide range of backgrounds, e.g. through school, privately, and through online tutoring centres. Of my students, I have helped them achieve high grades (e.g. 11 grade 9s at GCSEs) and secure places at top universities such as Cambridge, UCL, Imperial, etc.
I offer a tailored, student-focused approach that combines academic rigour with genuine encouragement. My sessions are designed to build not just subject knowledge, but also confidence, critical thinking, and independent learning skills. I believe that with the right guidance and mindset, every student can unlock their full potential — and enjoy the journey along the way.
For university admissions, with Oxbridge applications in particular, I provide structured support through personal statement development, entrance exam preparation, and interview coaching. My goal is to demystify the admissions process and give students the tools and confidence to excel under pressure. Whether we're preparing for finals or interviews, I aim to make sessions both intellectually stimulating and results-driven.
