I am currently a part time teacher of Biology at a secondary school in Bristol. I have 24 years experience teaching Science. I have taught IGCSE and GCSE for AQA and EDEXCEL. I currently deliver the A level Biology course to my students.
I ave been teaching for 24 years and I am very experienced with addressing the leaning profiles and needs of specific students. I have experience teaching top sets through to supporting SEND students with their learning profiles.
At A level i have taught many students who have gone on to pursue Medicine as well as students have struggled moving from U to C grades.
I carefully plan each lesson, using the course syllabus to ensure all content is addressed. I will work closely with the student to determine their areas of weakness and deliver content in their preferred manner. I will set and mark work after each session. Overall I aim to build a strong teacher-student relation in order to develop the students confidence.
