I am a 46 year old mother of three teenagers who works full-time teaching French in secondary schools in East Lothian, so this is my area of expertise. I can take conversational English lessons for students wishing to improve their English.

Tutoring Experience

I have been teaching French in Scottish secondary schools for 16 years. I have been a full-time Teacher of Support for Learning for students with SENs. I taught English to French school pupils while a student. I have tutored privately for 20 years.

I am fully GTCS registered and have an up-to-date PVG.

Tutoring Approach

I am fun, positive and relate well to young people. I'm passionate about languages but also passionate about helping young people be the best they can be.

I worked as a Teacher of Support for Learning at a local secondary school, so I have experience of working with pupils with additional support needs.
