Joseph Robert

I am a professional musician and music teacher. I teach violin, piano, accoustic guitar and bass guitar. I can teach all genres of music and teach up to Grade 5 Theory of Music and performing. I can also teach outside the grading system for personal enjoyment.

I have a current valid DBS check.

Tutoring Experience

I have taught in schools and privately for over ten years.
I was a music tutor for toddlers with the Diane Mitchell School of Music.
I also worked as a musical director with "Scottish Opera."
I also perform regularly in the local area.

Tutoring Approach

I work from the student's perspective aiming to build confidence, competence and enjoyment of the instrument. I work face to face and online.
