I've been a qualified psychologist for 10+ years and worked in the NHS for several years before moving to the charity sector to work. I have originally worked as a lecturer on a doctoral programme as well as supervising a number of doctoral students. I have also previously tutored clients undertaking their GCSE's, A levels and Degree level. I'm passionate about helping students achieve the best grades whatever level.

Tutoring Approach

I take a thoughtful kind approach to teaching. I think it's important to meet students where they're at and to help them understand where they may be struggling. Teaching should be interactive and fun so think it's important to bring that to the sessions. It's also important to understand students learning needs so patience is important. Having struggled with my own learning over the years due to dyslexia I am open minded and encouraging.
