I am a fully qualified Maths teacher who currently teaches at University College School in Hampstead. I have previously taught at Queen Elizabeth’s school (Boys) in Barnet and The Latymer School. I am an Imperial College London Physics graduate and The Latymer school alumnus, and am willing to tutor in KS3, GCSE and A level Maths and Further Maths, and entrance and 11+/13+ examinations.
Having studied so hard for 20 odd years, I want to pass on everything I've learnt to other pupils. I thoroughly enjoy teaching and get satisfaction from seeing pupils do well in their exams as a result of their hard work and my teaching. I have a history of raising attainment, and have helped students achieve the grades required for sixth form/university entrance. Previous students have achieved A*-B grades at A level and 8-9 in GCSE. I have also helped students obtain entry into Westminster School, The Latymer School and John Lyons School.
I am based in North West London (Hampstead area) so if you are in the vicinity (travel charge will apply for face to face) and want some tutoring in Maths for yourself or your child then please contact me for a confidential chat. I currently have very limited places available (July 2024) so enquire soon if you would like to book any lessons. Please note: only online lessons will be accepted currently as of July 2024
Current teacher at a top private school

As someone who has taught at grammar schools, I am able to provide lots of challenge and pace to my lessons. However, my main aim is to go at the pace of the student; the first lesson will be an assessment which allows me to determine the student's prior knowledge, and moving forward, I can work at a speed that is comfortable for the student. I will ensure that the student is comfortable with the knowledge before moving on, and will take steps to ensure that this is a smooth and stress free experience. I have an abundance of teaching styles and methods, and can explain in the way which is easiest for the student to understand, as all students will learn in different ways.
