Tutoring Experience

I have been teaching History in secondary schools for 18 years, with 8 of those as Head of Department. My GCSE and A Level students achieve excellent results. I have a first degree in History from Durham University and a Masters in History Education from University College London. I have also been an examiner for OCR, Edexcel and AQA.

Tutoring Approach

I believe that all students should be treated as individuals and therefore tailor all lessons according to the student's needs.
I can help with History at both A Level and GCSE, as well as general exam preparation such as planning for revision, revision methods and techniques and making the most of the exam.
