I’m from Manchester originally but have been living in Wales for 30yrs now, and have taught French in schools and college, and privately.
I also teach ESOL in a College currently, and have taught ESOL & English privately.
Tutoring Experience
French 25 yrs. 5 years to A Level in schools locally.
Then 10 yrs teaching adults at Swansea Uni.
ESOL 10 yrs in Gower College Swansea, and privately.
English GCSE 5 yrs private tuition.
Tutoring Approach
I very much let the student lead in the way I approach teaching. I assess their level and preferred learning style, and then focus on those aspects of the language, whilst usually prioritising speaking if a 2nd language, and listening, reading comprehension & writing/ exam technique skills if required.
