My daughter was hugely disappointed when Key suddenly stopped teaching telling she has no time. As her AL exam is close by less than 3 months, this made her really upset on top of her already stressed mind.Your daughter changed the requested content of her first lesson, after much preparation work, less than two hours before I was due to teach her which I accommodated on that occasion. Less than an hour before her second lesson she did the same again, but I was already teaching and therefore I did not have time to prepare more materials and send them to you. That was not an acceptable way of working and was taking up a lot of my time therefore I declined to teach her further and something that I have never had to do before in all my years of tutoring. My concerns were forwarded to First Tutors as evidence before you posted your review. Furthermore, you asked for my email address but we had already been communicating using that method for some time.
