I am currently studying Engineering at Cambridge University and would like to offer tutoring in Maths and Study Skills. I have always performed well under exam conditions throughout my GCSE's and A Levels and think I can offer a relaxed work environment for getting to grips with difficult topics and forming a more rounded understanding of the content.

Tutoring Experience

I have been involved in tutoring young children in the past and have volunteered at primary schools teaching young children about engineering. I ran a maths society at my primary school where I regularly helped other students with their maths prep.

Tutoring Approach

My teaching approach is very relaxed, I like to work at the pace of the student and build up their confidence across the subject. I think it is important to create a solid foundation of understanding and then build up the exam skills later on. I also like to plan a general structure for the sessions up to ensure we follow a general timeline and the student can monitor their own progress but the sessions are very flexible.
