I am an Italian scientist from Naples. I moved more than 7 years ago in London for my PhD. After a postdoc at Imperial College London, i decided to join the pharmaceutical industry world first with GSK and now with Antikor. I love what I do and I hope my research can make a real contribution. I am not only a scientist as I enjoy watching movies, reading, cooking and attending art and photography exhibitions.
I have been a tutor since my master degree in Italy. I helped students for their lab activities and during my time at Imperial College first as PhD student and then as researcher I was the lead tutor of international undergraduate and master students in our research area.
First of all I will try to understand the needs of my student and from there plan what it is necessary to meet his/her needs. Being a research I am used to organise a plan of action, so I will take care to meet the deadlines on time (if it is not in advance) and be sure the student will feel confident and ready to succeed his/her exam.
