I had my first teaching degree when I was in China. With over 20 years of residency in the UK and a master's degree in Computer Studies, I bring extensive teaching experience to the table.

Tutoring Experience

Since 2008, I've been teaching Chinese in various settings, including supplementary and grammar schools, where I've catered to primary and secondary school students, as well as adults. My expertise spans multiple curricula, including GCSE, A-Level, HSK and YCT. In 2017, I expanded my role to teach Chinese GCSE and A-Level in an independent school, further honing my skills in guiding students through speaking, writing, literary works and independent research projects.

Tutoring Approach

In addition to my regular teaching, I provide intensive courses for high-achieving students and conduct oral exam preparation sessions for students taking GCSE and A-Level Chinese. These sessions are designed to help students maximise their potential and achieve excellent grades.
