Lesley's schedule was extremely full when I contacted her but she made room to tutor my son in the evening which was really appreciated. Lesley was very easy to communicate with and responsive to messages. My son is studying Advanced Higher Chemistry and was struggling to understand different areas of the subject. He has said that Lesley explains things very well and he feels that he is definitely improving after only 4 classes. I highly recommend Lesley.

My daughter had two lessons with Lesley because Lesley asked us to pay her extra for giving my daughter practice questions prior the next lesson, So we had to canceled the lesson with her.

Julie, this is not a true reflection of the situation and you know this.
You asked on 4 occasions for specific questions over this period of two sessions. This took me personal time to compile, then mark and give feedback each time. Two of these question set requests came just before you cancelled a session with no payment.
I do not expect to be paid for cancelled sessions as I fully understand life gets complicated at times and flexibility is often necessary.
However, as I explained to you in our copious email exchange on this matter, while I did not mind the extra work providing there was a paid session, I felt had to ask for some kind of payment since I had already given and marked a question set with no fee and yet you refused and went on to request a second set, again refusing to compensate my time.

Lesley was a great Tutor for my daughter, she did a great job connecting with and helping her with her higher chemistry. My daughter went from a no result in her higher last hear to getting an A in her prelims this year, she has much more confidence in her own abilities, and I give all the credit to Lesley.
