Lianna's Feedback

OK, a 4 but its early days. She is doing a good job as witnessed by the fact I am to carry on lessons with her into the New Year! We need more time working together to fully enjoy our time as tutor and pupil. Have said that I would prefer face to face tuition as you can ' take on things more' in that type of situation which she understands. She tolerates my sense of humour which is a plus and her recommendation on various apps was welcomed.

My daughter was looking for a confidence boost in preparation for Latin OCR GCSE and Lianna has definitely given her that. Lianna is friendly, patient and always on time. She provides an extremely helpful report of what was covered in the lesson within a very short time. This report also outlines what she hopes to cover in the next lesson and sets out homework. Lianna's experience is invaluable and this comes across in her teaching.

Lianna helped us prepare for our trip to South America by teaching us Spanish and focusing on the words and phrases we are most likely to need. I am taking online Latin lessons from Lianna. She explains concepts in depth and is filling the gaps in my knowledge effectively. This is my first experience with online tuition and she puts a lot of effort in her teaching which makes the lessons very informative and enjoyable. She answers my questions well to help my understanding. She is always on time and patient with the level of the student. I'll really recommend her.

Olivia has had 3 lessons with Lianna so far, she has enjoyed the lessons and feels they go at the right pace and that she is definitely benefitting from them. Lianna is very well organised, has assessed the areas that Olivia needs to work on and provides a very detailed report after each lesson of work covered/new vocab learnt etc. Olivia will be having further lessons, I do not hesitate in recommending Lianna as a Latin tutor.

Lianna was very helpful and trustworthy, she had helped my daughter and explained how to construct French writing, my daughter is more confident in this area of French.

Lianna replied quickly to my request. She was flexible about timing and has a good rapport with my 11 and 13 year old. I recommend her.

My 17 year old daughter has had 3 sessions with Lianna so far. The emphasis has been on speaking Spanish at A level standard. My daughter has found the sessions extremely useful and feels totally comfortable with Lianna. Lianna makes contact immediately following each session summarising what was covered and new phrases/vocab etc. Both myself and my daughter are very happy with the arrangement and pleased to have found Lianna, and so close to home too!

Good tuition. Lianna always on time and professional and friendly; Lianna teaching my daughter as per our expectations and as well with a plan of study for forthcoming lessons.

Overall a good teacher with a lovely manner, I would recommend to those learning a new language or other.
