I am studying English Literature at the University of Warwick and am going into my second year. I have always loved science and maths as a kid and as i am taking English further and not sciences or maths I miss dealing with those subjects and love using teaching as a way to still hold onto those subjects.

Tutoring Experience

I have been tutoring children for about a year from primary school to GCSE and would like to teach more students.

Tutoring Approach

I enjoy the problem solving element of teaching children, where a teacher has to come up with multiple ways to present a theory or idea when a student doesn't understand. I believe I am good at tailoring the lessons to the student, by changing my approach to suit them and their learning style. I always go at the students pace, gauging their understanding but still pushing them a little further to reach their full potential
