Hi my name is Louise, I am a fluent Spanish speaker and a fully qualified teacher of Spanish, based in the Bristol/ Bath area. In 2012 I was nominated for a Pearson's National Teaching Award.

Tutoring Experience

I have 20 years of experience teaching Spanish in state and independent secondary and primary schools in the UK. I have been a Head of Department in the independent sector for 8 years and also work as a GCSE examiner.

Tutoring Approach

I am very enthusiastic about language learning and have a very positive, calm and supportive approach. I am an expert in explaining how Spanish works to English speakers learning Spanish and I understand what areas you will find most challenging. I have lots of experience in planning lessons tailored to individual needs, and resources to give you what you need to know to progress your knowledge and fluency to an outstanding level, whilst enjoying your learning.
