I have completed a BA in History and an MA in Health Humanities, gaining a First and a Distinction respectively. I have also just returned home from 3 months travelling Australia. I love learning and constantly find myself researching the history of things and places so would hope to bring that enthusiasm of history to my tutoring sessions.

Tutoring Experience

I have undertaken multiple work experience weeks in both primary and secondary schools, particularly within the history departments. I have also tutored 2 students in GCSE English and often sit and help my younger sister through her history and English revision for her GCSEs. I am always happy to teach myself a topic so I can help my students in their understanding.

Tutoring Approach

I am happy to adapt my approach to the needs and requirements of those seeking my help. My initial session will focus on understanding your learning requirements and setting out a plan of action. I can help create revision materials or simply talk students through topics they are confused about.
