Luke's Feedback

I have found Luke to be an efficient, well organised and helpful tutor. He is friendly, great at explaining things clearly and good at reinforcing topics. I feel that I am benefiting from his extra support and feedback and I would recommend him.

Luke has really helped me through my AS maths course! I've achieved a B grade which was highly influenced by his encouragement and commitment to my studies. He enabled me to learn by eliminating the pressure of constantly getting the correct answer, this has allowed me to learn and understand the course material better. He always provided an environment I felt comfortable in.

Luke has been a very effective tutor for A level maths. His patience and grasp of the subject allows him to explain the more difficult aspects in a clear, concise and understandable manner. We have been very pleased with the results of the help he’s given to our granddaughter.

This is my initial feedback on Luke . So far Luke has led about 5 lessons with my son. I’ll leave more feedback at the end of the school year.

However, I can already say with confidence that we’re really pleased to have found Luke! He’s professional in his comms with us, is trustworthy, and a friendly chap. He immediately put us as ease with arrangements and ground rules, and quickly found common interests with our son, establishing a positive working relationship from the start.

As a parent, I’m happy with the arrangements and thankful we’ve contracted Luke to help my son this year (and regret not having done it last year!).

The best judge of Luke is probably my son, who says his confidence in the subject has been restored and is learning stuff he didn’t previously. That’s what we want. And Luke’s a big part of that. Thank you.

Luke is an outstanding tutor, Floran made a very big progress in his A level economics subject. Luke is very conscientious, in many occasions, he gave Floran maths lessons to explain some of the economics formulas. I would highly recommend him for both Economis and Maths.

We found Luke extremely friendly and easy going. He explained things clearly and managed to give my daughter a greater understanding of Core 2 material in 5 lessons than she had learnt in a term at college.Her confidence in approaching the AS exam was increased as a consequence of his teaching.

My son thought he was brilliant and so much better at teaching than his current economics teacher at sixth form college. I am really pleased and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to any parent.

Luke has proved a great hit with our son. He finds him friendly and approachable. He also now better understands aspects of his GCSE maths after only 2 lessons. As parents we find Luke organised and reliable.

Luke is a very well mannered, likeable man. He has built up an excellent rapport with our 9 year old daughter and she has gained in confidence considerably in her maths. I would have no hesitation in recommending Luke as a tutor.

Luke was friendly, really helped explain everything and now I'm a lot more confident; hoping to get a good grade.
